Insulation and decoration integrated board is divided into base layer, insulation layer and decoration layer. When designing and producing, the manufacturer of insulation and decoration integrated board should comply with relevant national regulations, as follows:
1. The thickness of the insulation layer is generally greater than 2cm, and the inner surface temperature is higher than 0 degrees.
2, waterproof design, insulation board is qualified to the more basic standards, otherwise, after water seepage insulation layer is invalid.
3. If the height of the building is higher than 50 meters, the density of the fluorocarbon paint panel should be less than 10 kilograms per square meter.
4. The bonding area between the decorative board and the base board is not less than 40%. If the bonding area of the building is greater than 50 meters, the bonding area between the boards is not less than 60%.
5. The number and fixing depth of mechanical fixing parts of each thermal insulation integrated board have corresponding standards. Generally, the depth should not be less than 25mm, and the number should not be less than 3.
6. The filling width and filling depth of the foam filler at the deformation joint should meet the corresponding standard requirements, generally not less than 3 times the seam width.
